Our Primary goal is to get you acclimated to the city in a friendly, convenient manner that allows you to enjoy the city and all that it has to offer without feeling overwhelmed. Our packages do not include apartment or real estate searches, however we work closely with many apartment finders and real estate agents to assist you with these needs. • An initial free consultation is conducted to understand client needs and interests.
• An area orientation manager is assigned to client.
• We review our packages to select and tailor a package that will best suit the client and client's family and lifestyle.
• Once a package is tailored to the new resident, a customized welcome pack is provided that includes maps and citywide information, as well as local residential information including nearby grocery stores, banks, and more.
• Accompanied by your Tour de Chicago consultant, we will take a round-trip public transit ride (CTA: bus or train) to a destination of your choice in the city to familiarize you with the city's transit system.
• The tour will highlight restaurants, shops, galleries, or other interests and needs our client has identified.
